Exiled lawyer Miguna Miguna has expressed reservations on Uganda's presidential election outcome insisting that aspirant Bobi Wine emerged as the victor.

His sentiments come after the country's Electoral Commission declared incumbent President Yoweri Museveni the winner after garnering 59% of the total votes cast

Taking to his Twitter on Saturday, January 17, the outspoken lawyer claimed that for Museveni to allow the poll agency to 'award' Bobi 35% of the votes, he has confessed defeat.

"As far as I am concerned, Bobi Wine has won the Presidential Election in Uganda. For a tyrant like Yoweri Kaguta Museveni to allow the Compromised Uganda Electoral Commission to "give" Bobi Wine more than 3.1 million (35%) votes is to confess defeat. Congratulations, Bobi Wine. Viva" said Miguna.
