"I Lost Nothing, Kenyans Lost" President Kenyatta Speak Days After Court of Appeal Upheld High Court Ruling

Days after Court of Appeal upheld the High Court Decision to term Building Bridges Initiative Amendment Bill as unconstitutional, President Kenyatta has broken silence.
President Kenyatta and his counterpart Raila Odinga who were the main proponent of the Bill have accepted the court decision and said that they will defeat it.
Speaking to media houses, President Kenyatta claimed that malicious such as Deputy President Willian Ruto have used innocent Kenyans by lying to them for their personal gains.
President Uhuru further clarified that their intention of bringing the amendment on the 2010 constitution was for the betterment of the country.
He further said that his intentions was to have a united country that where people lived in harmony.
He also termed anti-BBI proponents are just passing progandas to the citizens and denying them an avenue that could alleviate them from poverty and propel them into prosperity.

On his role into pushing ODM leader Raila Odinga towards presidency come 2022, President Kenyatta said that rumors that BBI was a platform intended to be used on Raila favors are just malicious.
According to him, Raila Odinga does not require him to assist him into presidency as he already made his intentions towards the top seat open to the entire country.
He further called upon Kenyans to shed ethnicity skin as we are countrymen from the same country who are equal and require equal opportunities.

Uhuru said that Court of Appeal decision to do away with BBI will not be the end of his government in fighting for changes that are meant to propel the country into a developed nation.
He also called upon Kenyans to choose leaders who look after long time interest for the nation and not short terms one being pushed to them by some leaders.
