Former United States of America President Barrack Obama has given Kenyan youth a secret on how to get US billions. Obama says that there are lots of billions in the US and there is only one sure way of getting it.According to Obama, Kenyan youth can invest in technology innovations to get money from American investors. He says many billionaires in the US are technology enthusiasts and they are willing to support innovations.
While speaking during the launch of US-Africa Leaders Summit, Obama has advised the youth to come up with inventions that can solve global challenges. He says any start-ups that major on food security and climate change will receive a lot of money from Americans.
He said that American investors have invested up to Ksh. 3.6 trillion in Africa and sealed about 500 deals in Africa in the last five years and they are still willing to support more.
“Africa’s young population should continue investing in technology to help solve existing problems. Coming up with new solutions is a productive venture and Americans are willing to support them. We have seen many deals and wish to see more so that we solve all our problems,” Obama has said.
