Six Main Important Ways To Prevent High Blood Pressure
High blood pressure, is the force of your blood pushing against the walls of your arteries. In this present Age, many people are suffering for high blood pressure, but please read this to the end to learn what to do and be saved. But before i proceed, There are two types of pressures which is systolic pressure and diastolic pressure . systolic pressure, is when your blood pressure is high and diastolic pressure, is low blood pressure. Always check your blood pressure when you feel somehow
1. you can prevent it by eating a healthy diet,

like eating fruits always , vegetables and grains.

Reduce eating too much salt and fats. increase eating food that contains potassium.
2. Making regular exercises, making exercise can lower your blood pressure and working can also make your body work properly, at least 1hour or 15 minutes in a day to worm your body.
3. Being at a healthy weight, maintain your weight, over weight can increase it or having obesity can also increase of high blood pressure.
4. Reduce alcohol.

excess taking of alcohol can increase your blood pressure. You will see somebody in a bar that can stay and drink more than eight bottles in a day, which is very wrong. At least take two bottles in a day or every two days its OK.
5. Stop smoking, any body that smokes, your life is in danger. You will see somebody that is a smoker telling you that noting is happening, brother, sister let me tell you, your life is at risk why, any strong sickness that catch you might **** you.
6. Do not over labour your self. learning how to relax, can improve your physical and emotional health. It also reduce high blood pressure. When you see that you have over laboured try to sleep, and relax your mind.
