You are also likely to lose body fat faster through a morning exercise than any other.Body oxidation has been proved to take effect much better through exercises done before breakfast and this results to body weight loss as body fat is used as fuel during exercise.
Morning exercise reduces the risks of diabetes,blood pressure,helps one overcome procrastination and reduces stress.There are more other benefits of morning exercise.
