In A Mombasa Private Hospital known as Jocham Hospital , a Patient was admitted there with kidney issues and was there for 67 days and passed on . The Total Bill was Kshs.8.3 Million .
When the family insisted for an itemised Bill , they found that the hospital had charged for -
- Dialysis 3 times a day
- 8,300 ICU gloves ,
- 1200 special masks amongst other anomalies .
When the Hospital realised that they've been cornered the bill dropped from 8.3 Million to 2.6 Million .
The family is still pushing on for further clarifications .
