Already with several completed projects and now occupied, I am really tempted to invest in a new one upcoming along Wanyee (Wanyee hehe) hapa karibu na Ngong Road (Brochure attached). A standard 1BR is a total of 3.2M which can fetch a rental income of 20K/pm.
