Juliana Cherera, Francis Wanderi and Justus Nyang'anya have already called it quit while Irene Masit is determined to appear before JLAC in order to clear her name.

The four are being investigated after being accusses of gross misconduct and other Electoral offences after they disagreed with IEBC boss Wafula Chebukati over the Presidential results which they termed as opaque and never wanted to be associated with.

During their resignation, Cherera and Nyang'anya said that they had resigned after parliamentary committee recommended that President Ruto should form a tribunal to investigate their conduct.

Wanderi on the other side resigned saying that his name had been tainted and he was unfairly Judged despite performing his duties within law and with integrity.

However, new details from reliable sources have revealed that their resignation was pushed by a foreign evidence containing a video clip of Cherera and Azimio la Umoja-One Kenya Coalition leader Raila Odinga.

Objecting the evidence, the lawyers of the four said that the said evidence was not part of the earlier proceeding of JLAC.

They further said that the manner in which JLAC carrier its investigations was skewed hence their clients had no faith in it.
